Information we may collect

• Name, phone number and contact details supplied by you.
• Prompts, reference images and files uploaded for a creation request.
• Plan, order and payment status. Card, UPI or banking credentials are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by us.
• Basic device and usage information required for security and service improvement.

How we use information

We use it to create and deliver requested media, send order updates, provide support, prevent misuse and comply with applicable law. Uploaded content may be processed through third-party AI infrastructure solely to complete the requested service.

Storage and deletion

We retain request details and generated files only for as long as reasonably required for delivery, support, accounting and legal compliance. You may request deletion of eligible personal data by contacting us.

Your responsibility

Upload only content that you own or are authorised to use. Do not upload sensitive identity documents, unlawful content or another person’s private images without permission.
