Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please review the selected plan before payment. AI generation begins after a valid request is accepted.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation before processing starts. Once generation or manual work has started, cancellation may not be possible because provider credits and creator time are consumed.

When a refund is available

• Duplicate payment for the same order.
• Payment succeeded but the request was not created due to a verified technical error.
• We cannot provide the purchased service and no usable output or replacement is delivered.

When a refund is not available

• A completed output is technically delivered but the user dislikes an inherently subjective AI result.
• The prompt or uploaded material violates our terms or applicable law.
• The user supplied incorrect instructions, files or contact information.

Resolution time

Contact us within 3 days of the order with the payment reference and issue. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method; the bank or payment provider may take 5–7 business days to reflect the amount.
